The original site for this development was the overflow carpark of The Beaumaris Hotel and was the first stage of the overall Beaumaris project. Whilst planning and permits were being finalised for the main site, we built 28 exclusive warehouse style apartments. First stage construction commenced in April 2012, with the project being completed in June 2014.
This boutique development features cathedral ceilings, exposed wood and steel beams, gas fireplaces, expansive glass sliders that open onto large entertainer’s open space and polished concrete floors resulting in an overall industrial feel.
